We are a small team of friendly, talented photographers who provide top-notch Maui Photography, specializing in Family, Maternity, Couples, Engagements and Weddings, as well as High School Senior and Graduate Portraits. We shoot on location, usually at one of the gorgeous beaches Maui has to offer, but can also come to your hotel/resort. We are based in Lahaina, but also travel to the Kihei-Wailea area. We offer both early morning and sunset sessions. We use a combination of natural light and off camera flash, a must in order to capture those gorgeous Maui sunsets and the bright, tropical colors that the morning sessions have to offer. We love COLOR and our photographs are vivid and bright.

Aloha! Thanks for stopping by! We are Lisa and Jelena, best friends and co-owners of Capture Aloha Photography. We share the same love and passion for photography and Maui.  After the Lahaina fire, Capture Aloha, this little business that we love and have been photographing with for years, faced closing its doors. We combined our talents and passions to acquire the business and continue serving our clients by capturing their vacation memories. It's SOOO much fun to be a business owners here on this little slice of paradise in the middle of the Pacific Ocean!

Little did my girlfriend know, I had been planning on proposing to her while on our trip as it was her "dream to get engaged in Hawaii"! I knew I couldn't disappoint and went searching for a top notch photographer. Our photographer, Alandra, was AMAZING! She blended in with bystanders as to not be noticed and she captured the whole moment perfectly! A suprise engagment at Kapalua Bay

Jelena took our engagement photos at the Andaz in Wailea.  There were concerns for rain. Jelena touched base with us multiple times over the week and offered alternative dates to ensure we could have the photo session. Jelena was extremely professional and pleasant. Most importantly, the photos were beautiful. Jelena is excellent at using the natural beauty and light of Maui to create a truly wonderful photo. My husband surprised me while we were on our babymoon in Maui with a maternity photo shoot and it was amazing! The location we took our pictures at was the perfect blend of trees and beach. Unbelievably happy with the pictures Alandra took for our family photo session in Maui!! Becky responded to our inquiry within an hour and all the pre-photo info was direct and easy to follow. Alandra met us a mile from where we're staying at Kapalua Beach for a sunset session. She took the most beautiful photos that we will cherish forever!! She handled our large group and our very grumpy 4-year old with grace and humor. Our pictures were delivered in only one week, and downloading and ordering photos was straightforward.  So impressed that we were able to book such awesome photographers two weeks before our vacation.
